1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the developer of the mobile application RBX Guess ("we", "us", "our") (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how the App handles data. It forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. You may use the App only if:

• you are at least 13 years old; or
• you are under 13 and have permission from a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

If you are a parent or guardian and allow a minor to use the App, you are responsible for their use of it.

3. The Service

RBX Guess is a free quiz and trivia game for Android. You answer quiz questions, earn in-app points, and can collect virtual reward coins. The App is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch.

The App does not require an account or registration, and there is nothing to purchase in order to play.

4. Virtual Rewards

The App lets you earn virtual points and virtual reward coins ("Rewards"). By using the App, you understand and agree that:

• Rewards are virtual and for entertainment purposes. They exist only within the context of the App's rewards program.
• Rewards are provided by the developer of the App — not by any other company (see Section 5 below).
• Rewards are subject to availability, verification, and change. We may need to verify activity before granting or fulfilling any Reward, and Rewards may not always be available.
• Earning rates may vary. The amount of points or coins earned for any activity can change at any time.
• No guarantee of monetary value. Rewards have no guaranteed cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money from us.
• We may modify or discontinue the rewards program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
• No purchase is necessary to play the game or participate in the rewards program.
• This is not gambling. The App does not offer gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademark Disclaimer

All content in the App created by us — including quiz questions, graphics, text, design, and code — is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law permits it.

All third-party names, trademarks, and brands mentioned in or in connection with the App belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree that you will not:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate the App to gain points or Rewards unfairly;
• use bots, scripts, emulation tools, or any form of automation to play the game or earn Rewards;
• interfere with or disrupt the App, the third-party services it relies on, or the ads shown in the App (for example, by generating fraudulent ad activity);
• attempt to bypass any security, verification, or anti-fraud measures;
• use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

If we reasonably believe you have violated this section, we may cancel or withhold Rewards and restrict or terminate your access to the App.

7. Advertisements

The App is free to use and is funded by advertising. Ads — including optional rewarded ads — are provided by third-party advertising networks. How these networks handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products and services they promote.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of defects, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of Rewards, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the App (which, for this free App, is zero).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App (including the rewards program) at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, and 12 — will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
