This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of RBX Guess ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our Android app RBX Guess (the "App"). RBX Guess is a quiz and trivia game in which you answer questions, earn in-app points, and collect virtual reward coins. The App is free to play and supported by advertising.

We keep things simple: the App does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, or phone number. The limited data described below is collected automatically, mainly by the advertising and analytics services the App uses. Please read this policy to understand what that means for you.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

None. The App has no registration, no sign-in, and no forms asking for personal details. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts through the App.

Information collected automatically

When you use the App, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect:

• Device information — device model, operating system version, language, screen size, mobile network or connection type, and similar technical details.
• Advertising ID — the resettable Google Advertising ID assigned to your device, used by ad networks to serve and measure ads and by our attribution partner to understand where installs come from. The Play Install Referrer may also be read for install attribution.
• Approximate region — a general location (such as your country) derived from your IP address by ad networks and analytics services. The App does not request any location permission and does not collect precise location.
• Usage data — how you interact with the App, such as screens viewed, quizzes played, session length, and in-app events.
• Diagnostics and crash data — crash logs, performance measurements, and error reports that help us find and fix problems.

Your game progress (points, coins, and quiz history) is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to our servers, and Android cloud backup for this data is disabled.

How We Use Information

• Advertising — to show ads (including optional rewarded ads) that keep the App free, and to measure ad performance.
• Analytics — to understand how the App is used so we can improve gameplay, content, and features.
• Install attribution — to learn which campaigns or channels bring players to the App.
• Stability and performance — to detect, diagnose, and fix crashes, bugs, and slowdowns.
• App improvement — to plan updates and new features based on aggregated usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing your Advertising ID with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act); you can opt out by resetting or deleting your Advertising ID as described in the "Advertising & Your Choices" section below. We do not use your data to contact you for marketing.

The App uses the following third-party services. Each provider processes data (such as your Advertising ID, device information, and approximate region) under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

Advertising networks

Advertising & Your Choices

Consent for personalized ads

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App shows a consent dialog (powered by Google's User Messaging Platform through AppLovin's consent flow) before any ads are served. You can choose whether to allow personalized advertising, and you can change your choice later where the App or your region's rules provide for it. Users elsewhere see a one-time notice asking them to accept the App's terms and this Privacy Policy.

Opting out of personalized ads

You can limit or stop ad personalization at the device level at any time:

• Open your device's Settings → Google → Ads (wording may vary by device and Android version).
• Choose to reset your Advertising ID, or delete it entirely to stop it from being shared with apps.

You may still see ads after opting out, but they will be less tailored to you.

Your Rights (EEA/UK/Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data on the following legal bases: your consent for personalized advertising, and our legitimate interests for analytics and diagnostics. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and objection, which you can exercise by contacting us at anas222hhhhh@gmail.com or directly with the third-party providers listed above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data Storage & Retention

Your game progress is stored only on your device. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, that progress is deleted and cannot be recovered by us — we keep no copy.

Data collected by the third-party services listed above (such as advertising, analytics, and crash data) is stored on their systems and retained according to their own privacy policies. We do not maintain our own database of personal information about App users.

Notifications

The App may show local notifications (for example, reminders about the game). On Android 13 and above, notifications require your explicit permission, which you can grant or revoke at any time in your device settings. These notifications are generated on your device and do not involve sending your data anywhere.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information in connection with the App, please contact us at the email below and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data involved in operating the App, and the third-party providers we work with maintain their own technical and organizational safeguards. That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we change the services the App uses or when the law requires it. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post the new version here. Significant changes may also be highlighted within the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
